“To strengthen and maintain East Harlem's cultural assets thorough the promotion of collaborations and partnerships with artist, institutions and community planning and development initiatives. Advocate for the participation of EH artists and cultural programs by the development of policy statements and to increase access to resources”.

Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Grant Opportunity

The Fund for Creative Communities (The Fund) is part of the New York State Council on the Arts’ (NYSCA) statewide decentralization program (DEC), which was established in 1977 by the New York State Legislature as a statewide, community arts regrant program. LMCC administers The Fund for the borough of Manhattan.
